Let members publish consistent LFG and LFP posts from game-specific forms.

Channel

Choose where this setup runs and whether it is live.

Setup status

Choose the destination channel first. GuildPilot keeps the launcher disabled until you add at least one complete game.

Channel to restrict

A channel can have only one Channel Settings configuration.

Launcher

Prepare the launcher members use to create LFG and LFP posts.

Auto Channel distribution

Publish this LFG / LFP launcher inside GuildPilot temporary Auto Channels. Posts created there still appear in this configuration's destination channel.

Next: add the first game

Saving this setup opens a short game form. Add a name and at least one platform.

LFG / LFP form launcher

Each game becomes a button. Clicking it opens a form with that game's platforms and any optional search criteria.

Members can choose to include an invite to their current voice or stage channel. If they are not connected or an invite cannot be created, the voice field is omitted.

GuildPilot automatically removes published LFG / LFP posts after this time. Choose 1 to 10080 minutes. The default is 30 minutes.
