Frequently asked questions
The important details before you continue to Stripe.
When is Premium activated?
Automatically after a verified Stripe webhook. Returning in the browser alone never activates access.
Does the payment renew automatically?
No. The 1, 3 and 12 month plans are one-time payments with no automatic renewal.
Can I extend active Premium?
Yes. Another website purchase adds time from the current access end date.
What if Premium was purchased through Discord?
GuildPilot blocks website checkout while the server has an active Discord Premium subscription, preventing duplicate payment.
What does Life Time Supporter include?
Permanent Premium for the selected server plus direct developer support. You choose the contribution in Stripe, starting at £50 or 249 zł.
What happens when Premium ends?
Saved Premium designs remain stored, and Premium presentation returns to Standard. Automatic Roles, Socials sources and leveling settings preserve configured items but pause the ordered overflow above the current Standard limit. Other quota-managed tools preserve existing configurations and mainly prevent creating more until Premium returns.
