GuildPilot

Privacy Policy

GuildPilot stores only the data needed to run the Discord bot, dashboard, moderation tools, tickets, welcome messages, activity features, embeds, capsules, counting channels, auto voice systems and Pilot custom bots.

When you log in with Discord, GuildPilot uses Discord OAuth to read your Discord user ID, username and the servers you can manage. The OAuth access token is used only during login and is not stored after your session is created.

For each Discord server, GuildPilot may store server settings, channel and role IDs, moderation configuration, ticket metadata, dashboard audit logs, welcome-card settings, uploaded dashboard images, activity counters and bot health records. Ticket transcripts are sent to the configured Discord archive channel when archiving is enabled; transcript text is not stored in the GuildPilot database.

If you use Pilot custom bots, GuildPilot stores the custom bot application ID, display settings and an encrypted bot token so the worker can run that custom bot for your server. Only app administrators can manage Pilot tokens and the public privacy policy.

GuildPilot does not sell personal data. Data is used to operate the bot, protect the service, troubleshoot issues and provide configured Discord features. Server owners can remove GuildPilot from a server, disable features, delete saved configurations from the dashboard, or contact the operator to request removal of stored server data.

This policy may be updated from time to time from the GuildPilot admin dashboard.
