If you use GuildPilot on behalf of a Discord server, community, company, organisation or other entity, you confirm that you have authority to act on its behalf and agree to these Terms for that entity.
You must not use GuildPilot if you do not agree to these Terms.
2. Operator and Contact Information
GuildPilot is operated by:
Trading name: GuildPilot
Support email: support@guildpilot.co.uk
Website: guildpilot.co.uk
Questions, complaints, billing enquiries, security reports and data-removal requests may be sent to support@guildpilot.co.uk.
3. Eligibility
To use GuildPilot, you must:
- have a valid Discord account;
- meet Discord's minimum age requirement;
- meet any higher minimum age required in the country where you live;
- be legally capable of agreeing to these Terms or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian; and
- have the necessary Discord permissions before managing, configuring or purchasing services for a Discord server.
Where a parent or legal guardian allows a minor to use GuildPilot, the parent or guardian is responsible for the minor's use of the service and any purchases they authorise.
You must not represent yourself as a server owner, administrator or authorised representative when you do not hold that authority.
4. Relationship With Discord
GuildPilot is an independent third-party service.
GuildPilot is not owned, operated, sponsored, endorsed or approved by Discord Inc.
Your use of Discord remains subject to Discord's applicable terms, policies and rules, including its Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Developer Terms of Service, Developer Policy, Premium terms and any other applicable Discord requirements.
You must not use GuildPilot in a way that:
- breaches Discord's rules;
- causes GuildPilot or a Pilot custom bot to breach Discord's rules;
- circumvents Discord permissions, restrictions or enforcement actions;
- uses self-bots, user-bots or unauthorised user-account automation;
- misuses Discord API data; or
- falsely suggests that GuildPilot is an official Discord service.
Discord may change or discontinue its APIs, permissions, authentication systems, subscription systems, entitlement systems, features or policies. These changes may affect GuildPilot's functionality or availability.
GuildPilot is not responsible for interruptions, restrictions or changes caused by Discord.

- Pilot Markets;
- Pilot Coin and Kiosk exchanges;
- Pilot Packs;
- virtual item marketplace;
- Pilot profiles, equipment and showcases; and
- related public pages, authenticated pages and read-only APIs.
The features available to a particular server may depend on:
- its configuration;
- the Discord permissions granted to GuildPilot;
- its active plan;
- its Pilot Premium status;
- its feature flags;
- technical availability;
- Discord API availability;
- reasonable usage limits; and
- compliance with these Terms.
GuildPilot is under active development. Features may be added, changed, tested, limited, replaced or removed over time.
6. Free Services
GuildPilot may make certain standard features available without charge.
Free access is provided subject to:
- technical availability;
- Discord permissions;
- reasonable usage limits;
- infrastructure capacity;
- security requirements;
- abuse-prevention measures; and
- these Terms.
A feature being provided free of charge does not guarantee that it will remain free, continue indefinitely or remain available in its current form.
We will not begin charging you automatically for a previously free feature unless you separately agree to a paid purchase or subscription.
7. Pilot Premium
Pilot Premium is an optional paid service that supports GuildPilot's continued operation and provides access to additional benefits.
Depending on the plan shown at the time of purchase, Pilot Premium may include:
- access to a Pilot custom bot;
- custom bot branding and appearance options;
- custom bot name, profile, avatar or status controls;
- premium server features;
- custom welcome-card or leveling-card design options;
- custom colours or uploaded backgrounds;
- additional limits or functionality;
- access for a specified Discord server or number of Discord servers;
- saved Premium designs that can return if Premium is reactivated;
- priority, enhanced or direct support where stated; and
- other benefits described on the purchase page.
The exact features included in a Pilot Premium plan are those displayed during checkout, on the applicable plan page or in the relevant Discord purchase flow at the time of purchase.
Pilot Premium does not transfer ownership of GuildPilot, its software or its infrastructure to the purchaser.
Purchasing Pilot Premium does not guarantee that a requested future feature will be developed or released.
8. Premium Access, Guild Assignment and Entitlements
A Pilot Premium plan or entitlement may permit activation on one or more Discord servers.
The number of permitted servers, the selected server or the applicable guild subscription scope will be displayed before purchase or activation where applicable.
Guild allowances and entitlements:
- apply only to the servers or server count included in the purchased or redeemed access;
- may not be exceeded without purchasing an additional allowance or contacting support;
- may be linked to a purchaser Discord account, a Discord server, a Stripe order, a Discord entitlement or an activation token;
- may be subject to reasonable activation, transfer or replacement controls; and
- must not be resold, rented, sublicensed or distributed to unrelated third parties without written permission.
GuildPilot may issue an activation token, licence code or similar credential for some Premium access.
Activation tokens and entitlement credentials:
- must be kept secure;
- may be redeemed only for the purchased or granted plan;
- must not be publicly posted or shared without authorisation;
- may be linked to the purchaser, Discord account, Discord entitlement or activated servers;
- may be disabled when refunded, disputed, expired, obtained fraudulently or used in breach of these Terms; and
- do not constitute ownership of any GuildPilot software or intellectual property.
You must contact support promptly if you believe an activation token, entitlement or payment reference has been exposed or used without permission.
9. Prices and Payment
The applicable price, currency, plan duration, guild allowance, selected server and included features will be shown before you complete a purchase.
Unless otherwise stated during checkout:
- payment is due in advance;
- access begins after successful payment and verified activation;
- payment covers the selected plan period or entitlement;
- discounts apply only to the purchase for which they are displayed;
- promotional prices may be withdrawn or changed for future purchases; and
- your payment provider may apply its own terms and verification requirements.
GuildPilot may use third-party payment or entitlement providers, including Stripe and Discord, to process transactions or subscriptions.
For website purchases, GuildPilot may receive information such as the Stripe order reference, checkout session ID, payment intent ID, charge ID, amount, currency, payment status, refund status, dispute status and limited payment-method information.
For Discord Premium guild subscriptions, GuildPilot may receive Discord entitlement information, subscription status, relevant SKU information, purchaser Discord user ID, selected server ID and entitlement start or end information.
Full card details are normally handled by the payment provider rather than GuildPilot.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and ensuring that you are authorised to use the selected payment method and purchase for the selected Discord server.
GuildPilot activates website Premium only after receiving verified payment confirmation, such as a verified Stripe webhook. Returning to GuildPilot in your browser after checkout does not by itself activate paid access.
10. Fixed-Term, One-Time and Recurring Plans
The purchase page or provider checkout will state whether a Pilot Premium plan is:
- a fixed-term purchase that does not renew automatically;
- a one-time lifetime or supporter purchase;
- an automatically renewing subscription; or
- another clearly described access type.
Website Stripe purchases
Unless the website checkout expressly says otherwise, GuildPilot website Premium purchases through Stripe are one-time payments and do not renew automatically.
Website plans may include one-month, three-month and twelve-month fixed-term access. Another website purchase may extend active website Premium from the current access end date.
The Life Time Supporter option, where available, is a one-time supporter purchase for the selected server. The minimum contribution and included benefits will be shown before payment.
Discord Premium guild subscriptions
Where Premium is purchased through Discord, the subscription, renewal, cancellation, refund and entitlement process may be managed by Discord.
GuildPilot may block website checkout while the selected server already has an active Discord Premium guild subscription or Life Time Premium, to help prevent duplicate payment.
You are responsible for reviewing Discord's own purchase, renewal and cancellation terms where Discord processes the subscription.
Life Time Supporter
- The Life Time Supporter option, where available, is a limited one-time supporter purchase for the selected server. The minimum contribution and included benefits will be shown before payment.
- Life Time Supporter is strictly limited to the first 20 qualifying users.
- Availability is determined on a first successfully completed purchase basis. Merely viewing the offer, beginning checkout, receiving a payment link or otherwise expressing an intention to purchase does not reserve a Life Time Supporter place.
- Once 20 Life Time Supporter places have been successfully purchased and activated, GuildPilot may permanently withdraw the Life Time Supporter option and no additional places are guaranteed to be made available.
- GuildPilot may display the number of remaining Life Time Supporter places on its website, dashboard, Discord server or purchase interface. Any displayed availability count is informational and may be subject to a short processing delay. A place is only secured once the applicable payment has been successfully completed and verified.
- For the purposes of Life Time Supporter access, "Life Time" means the operational lifetime of the GuildPilot service while GuildPilot continues to be actively hosted, maintained and supported by its developer.
- "Life Time" does not mean the lifetime of the purchaser, Discord server, Discord account or any other person or entity.
- GuildPilot intends to maintain developer-supported operation of the service until at least 31 December 2027.
- Life Time Supporter access remains subject to these Terms, Discord availability, third-party service availability, technical feasibility, security requirements and applicable law.
- Life Time Supporter purchases are non-refundable once successfully purchased, activated or redeemed. The payment is treated as a voluntary supporter contribution to support the continued development, hosting and operation of GuildPilot, rather than payment for a guaranteed fixed period of service. It is not a charitable donation. This does not affect any refund, cancellation or other rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
Automatically renewing plans
Where a plan is described as automatically renewing:
- it will renew at the end of each billing period until cancelled;
- the applicable payment method may be charged automatically;
- the renewal price will be the price communicated to you before renewal, subject to applicable law; and
- you may cancel future renewals using the available provider, account, dashboard or support method.
Cancelling an automatically renewing plan normally prevents future renewal charges. Unless a refund is required by law or expressly agreed, access will usually continue until the end of the already-paid billing period.
We will provide any renewal notices, reminders and cancellation options required by applicable law where GuildPilot is responsible for those notices.
11. Price Changes
GuildPilot may change Pilot Premium prices for future purchases or renewals.
A price change will not normally alter a fixed-term period that has already been paid for.
For an automatically renewing plan controlled by GuildPilot, we will provide reasonable notice of a material price increase before it applies. You may cancel the subscription before the new price takes effect.
For purchases or subscriptions controlled by Discord, Stripe or another provider, that provider may also apply its own price-change process.
Continuing an automatically renewing plan after the notified effective date means that the new price may apply to subsequent billing periods.
12. Consumer Cancellation Rights
This section applies where you are a consumer purchasing Pilot Premium for purposes wholly or mainly outside your trade, business, craft or profession.
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by these Terms.
You will normally have the right to cancel an online service contract within 14 days after the contract is entered into, without giving a reason.
You may cancel by:
- emailing support@guildpilot.co.uk with enough information to identify the purchase.
Where you expressly request that Pilot Premium, a custom bot or another service begins during the 14-day cancellation period:
- GuildPilot may begin supplying the service immediately;
- if you cancel after supply has started, you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for the service provided before cancellation, where permitted by law; and
- where a service has been fully performed following your express request and legally required acknowledgement, your cancellation right may end.
Where a purchase includes digital content supplied immediately, your statutory cancellation right relating to that digital content may end once supply begins if you expressly consent to immediate supply and acknowledge the effect on your cancellation rights.
Where a refund is due under statutory cancellation rights, it will be issued using the original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed.
Nothing in this section limits any additional cancellation or cooling-off rights that apply under the law in force at the relevant time.
Where a purchase is made through Discord, Stripe or another provider, additional provider-specific cancellation steps may apply.
13. Refunds Outside Statutory Rights
Outside any mandatory legal rights, payments are generally non-refundable once the relevant paid service has been activated or substantially provided.
GuildPilot may nevertheless consider a refund, credit, extension or replacement where:
- a duplicate payment was made;
- the wrong plan was purchased by genuine mistake and support was contacted promptly;
- GuildPilot was unable to provide a material paid feature;
- a significant technical problem remained unresolved for an unreasonable period;
- the service was discontinued during an active paid period; or
- another refund is considered fair in the circumstances.
Refund decisions outside statutory rights may take account of:
- how much of the paid period has already passed;
- whether a Pilot custom bot has already been created or operated;
- whether premium benefits have already been used;
- infrastructure or customisation work already performed;
- abuse or breach of these Terms;
- whether the purchase was made through Stripe, Discord or another provider; and
- payment-provider fees that cannot lawfully or reasonably be recovered.
This section does not remove any refund, repair, repeat-performance or price-reduction rights available under consumer law.
14. Failed Payments, Chargebacks and Fraud
GuildPilot may suspend paid features where:
- payment fails;
- a recurring payment is declined;
- a payment is reversed or refunded;
- a chargeback or dispute is submitted;
- payment information appears unauthorised or fraudulent;
- a Discord entitlement is cancelled, revoked, expired or no longer reported as active; or
- the relevant plan has expired.
You retain the right to raise a genuine dispute with your payment provider.
However, deliberately submitting a false or abusive payment dispute, using stolen payment details or attempting to retain access after a payment has been reversed may result in:
- suspension of the affected plan;
- deactivation of activation tokens;
- revocation of Premium entitlements;
- disconnection of Pilot custom bots;
- restriction of associated accounts or servers; and
- further action where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud.
You should contact support@guildpilot.co.uk before submitting a chargeback where it is reasonable to do so, so that GuildPilot has an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.
15. Pilot Custom Bots
Pilot Premium may allow an authorised server owner or administrator to connect or operate a custom Discord application through GuildPilot's infrastructure.
You confirm that:
- you own or are authorised to manage the Discord application;
- you are authorised to provide the required application information and bot token;
- the application and token were obtained lawfully;
- the application is not subject to an undisclosed suspension or restriction;
- the custom bot will be used only for lawful purposes; and
- the custom bot will comply with Discord's applicable rules.
GuildPilot may store information necessary to operate the custom bot, including:
- its Discord application ID;
- bot display name and appearance settings;
- linked Discord server information;
- configuration settings;
- operational and diagnostic records; and
- an encrypted Discord bot token.
You must not share a bot token publicly.
If a token is exposed, leaked or compromised, you must immediately:
- reset the token through the Discord Developer Portal;
- update or reconnect the token through GuildPilot where available; and
- notify GuildPilot if the exposure may have affected the service.
GuildPilot may stop, restrict or disconnect a custom bot where:
- its token is invalid, expired or compromised;
- the associated Pilot Premium plan expires;
- payment is reversed or remains unpaid;
- Discord suspends or restricts the application;
- the custom bot creates a security or operational risk;
- the custom bot is being used unlawfully;
- the bot causes excessive or abusive infrastructure usage; or
- these Terms have been breached.
You retain ownership of your customer-created Discord application.
GuildPilot does not control Discord's approval, verification or continued support of your application and cannot guarantee that Discord will permit the application to continue operating.
16. Server Owner and Administrator Responsibilities
Server owners and authorised administrators are responsible for:
- granting GuildPilot only the permissions reasonably required for enabled features;
- checking GuildPilot's role position and Discord role hierarchy;
- configuring moderation, ticketing, logging and automation features appropriately;
- configuring AutoMod, channel-control and LFG/LFP features appropriately;
- determining which administrators may access the GuildPilot dashboard;
- removing access when an administrator is no longer authorised;
- protecting Discord accounts, dashboard sessions and activation tokens;
- reviewing payment and Premium authority before purchasing;
- protecting custom bot tokens;
- reviewing automated actions and moderation decisions;
- informing server members about logging, activity, ticketing, web archive, market or moderation systems where appropriate or legally required;
- ensuring that uploaded images, text and other content may lawfully be used;
- controlling access to ticket archive and logging channels;
- configuring Pilot Markets, Pilot Coin, Kiosk, Packs, marketplace and profile features responsibly;
- maintaining appropriate backups of important server content; and
- ensuring that the server's use of GuildPilot complies with applicable law and Discord's rules.
GuildPilot provides management tools. It does not become the owner, administrator or moderator of your Discord server.
The server owner and authorised administrators remain responsible for decisions made through GuildPilot.
17. Dashboard Accounts and Discord Login
GuildPilot may use Discord OAuth to authenticate dashboard users and identify Discord servers they are authorised to manage.
You must:
- access only servers you are authorised to manage;
- keep your Discord account secure;
- sign out of shared devices;
- avoid sharing authenticated dashboard sessions;
- notify GuildPilot of suspected unauthorised dashboard access; and
- ensure that your Discord permissions accurately reflect your authority.
GuildPilot may deny or remove dashboard access where the required Discord permissions are no longer present or where access creates a security risk.
18. Moderation and Automation Tools
GuildPilot may provide moderation, warning, AutoMod, logging, ticketing, role-management, channel-control and automation tools.
These features assist server owners and administrators but do not replace human review or administrator judgement.
You are responsible for checking:
- bot permissions;
- role hierarchy;
- warning thresholds;
- moderation settings;
- AutoMod rules and exceptions;
- automated punishments;
- ticket access;
- role actions;
- logging channels;
- welcome content;
- levelling rewards;
- channel-control settings;
- LFG/LFP settings; and
- other server configurations.
GuildPilot does not guarantee that automated tools will:
- identify every rule violation;
- prevent every harmful action;
- execute correctly in every possible server configuration;
- remain unaffected by Discord permission changes; or
- produce an appropriate moderation outcome in every case.
GuildPilot is not responsible for moderation decisions made by server owners, administrators or other users of the service.
19. Pilot Markets, Pilot Coin, Packs and Virtual Features
Pilot Markets, Pilot Coin, Kiosk exchanges, Pilot Packs, virtual items, marketplace listings, achievements, badges, competitions, server currencies and Pilot profiles are virtual entertainment features.
They are not:
- investment products;
- real securities;
- real shares;
- financial services;
- banking services;
- exchanges;
- brokerage services;
- gambling services;
- cryptocurrency services; or
- financial advice.
Virtual currencies, Pilot Coin, server credits, virtual assets, holdings, packs, pack items, badges, achievements, profile cosmetics and competition rewards have no monetary value.
They cannot be:
- bought with real money;
- sold for real money;
- withdrawn as money;
- exchanged for money or goods;
- treated as stored value;
- represented as an investment; or
- transferred outside supported GuildPilot virtual features.
Pilot Coin may be held in an account-wide virtual wallet and may be used only in supported GuildPilot virtual features where enabled. It is not legal tender, electronic money, cryptocurrency, a stored-value product or a payment instrument.
GuildPilot is not affiliated with any real companies, brands, tickers or public data sources referenced by Pilot Markets. Users do not acquire ownership of real shares or any legal, beneficial, financial or voting rights in real companies.
Each Discord server operates a separate virtual economy. Server owners and authorised administrators control their server's reward rules, visibility settings, competition rules, fees, taxes, announcements and feature availability.
20. Pilot Markets, Kiosk, Packs and Marketplace Rules
Pilot Markets prices are simulated. They may be periodically anchored to delayed public data, but they are not real-time quotes and are not suitable for financial decision-making.
Prices, rates, leaderboards and virtual balances may be delayed, unavailable, corrected, paused, reset or changed because of:
- technical errors;
- provider outages;
- stale data;
- abuse or manipulation;
- Discord outages;
- maintenance;
- feature changes; or
- administrator configuration.
Kiosk or exchange features may display an expiring virtual quote before confirmation. A quote may include a virtual rate, fee, direction and amount. GuildPilot may reject a quote if it is stale, invalid, unsafe, unavailable, blocked by risk controls or otherwise cannot be executed.
Pilot Packs may contain random virtual rewards. Pack outcomes may be drawn and granted before any animation is displayed. An animation, preview, illustration or catalogue image does not guarantee a specific reward unless the interface expressly says so.
The virtual item marketplace allows eligible users to list and purchase supported virtual items using supported virtual balances. A marketplace listing is not a legal sale of property, money, goods or services. Marketplace fills, taxes, fees and settlement records may be retained for audit and integrity.
GuildPilot may correct, reverse, freeze, adjust or refuse virtual balances, orders, holdings, packs, items, listings, rewards, profiles or marketplace activity affected by:
- bugs;
- duplicate processing;
- stale data;
- manipulation;
- abuse;
- fraud;
- exploits;
- unauthorised access;
- broken configuration;
- Discord or provider issues; or
- conduct that breaches these Terms.
GuildPilot may retain immutable or long-term virtual transaction history for security, audit, reconciliation, abuse prevention, dispute resolution and economy integrity.
GuildPilot is not responsible for virtual losses, missed trades, leaderboard changes, pack outcomes, market movement, competition results, server-admin reward decisions or changes in virtual exchange rates.
21. Acceptable Use
You must not use GuildPilot to:
- break any applicable law or regulation;
- harass, threaten, exploit, deceive or harm another person;
- facilitate hate, abuse, sexual exploitation or unlawful content;
- send spam or abusive automated messages;
- collect, publish or expose personal information without lawful authority;
- impersonate another person, server, company or organisation;
- distribute malware, malicious links or harmful code;
- interfere with, overload, probe, attack or disrupt GuildPilot systems;
- attempt to access accounts, servers, databases or features without permission;
- circumvent security controls, rate limits, usage limits or access restrictions;
- exploit vulnerabilities instead of reporting them responsibly;
- abuse moderation tools or deliberately perform unauthorised actions against server members;
- use stolen, leaked, exposed or unauthorised bot tokens;
- manipulate Pilot Markets, Pilot Coin, Packs, marketplace listings, virtual balances or leaderboards;
- use bots, scripts, coordinated activity or false accounts to farm virtual rewards or abuse virtual features;
- represent virtual currencies, Pilot Coin, packs, items or assets as having cash value;
- sell, buy or trade virtual currencies, items or accounts for real money or external goods;
- infringe intellectual-property, privacy, confidentiality or other legal rights;
- falsely claim that GuildPilot is an official Discord service;
- resell, rent or commercially exploit GuildPilot without written permission;
- copy or reverse-engineer GuildPilot except where applicable law expressly permits it;
- operate fraudulent subscriptions, communities or services through GuildPilot;
- use GuildPilot to evade Discord enforcement; or
- use the service in a way that could materially damage GuildPilot, Discord, other users or third parties.
GuildPilot may apply limits or suspend features that are being misused or that create a security, legal, financial, virtual-economy or operational risk.
22. User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit through GuildPilot, including:
- embed and capsule content;
- Smart Panel content;
- welcome-message content;
- uploaded images;
- ticket questions and configuration;
- panel content;
- role descriptions;
- custom bot names and branding;
- Pilot profile text or appearance choices where supported; and
- other server-created material.
You confirm that you have the rights and permissions necessary to submit and use that content.
You grant GuildPilot a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide and royalty-free licence to process, reproduce, transmit, display, adapt and store submitted content where reasonably necessary to:
- provide the requested service;
- display the content in Discord or the dashboard;
- operate configured features;
- secure and maintain the service;
- troubleshoot technical issues;
- create reasonable backups; and
- comply with legal obligations.
This licence does not give GuildPilot ownership of your content.
The licence continues only for as long as reasonably necessary for the relevant purposes, subject to backups, security records, payment records, virtual-economy records and legal retention requirements.
GuildPilot may remove, disable or restrict content that:
- is unlawful;
- infringes another person's rights;
- breaches these Terms;
- breaches Discord's rules;
- contains malicious code;
- creates a security risk; or
- materially disrupts the service.
23. Intellectual Property
GuildPilot's software, website, dashboard, branding, designs, documentation and original content belong to the GuildPilot operator or the relevant licensors.
Subject to these Terms, GuildPilot gives you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable right to use the service for its intended purpose.
Unless you have written permission, you must not:
- copy or redistribute GuildPilot's private software;
- sell or sublicense the service;
- make GuildPilot's private source code available to another person;
- remove ownership or copyright notices;
- use GuildPilot branding in a misleading manner;
- register confusingly similar branding or domains;
- claim ownership of GuildPilot; or
- commercially exploit GuildPilot's systems, documentation or infrastructure.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of GuildPilot's intellectual property to you.
24. Feedback and Suggestions
You may voluntarily provide feedback, ideas, bug reports or feature suggestions.
You retain any intellectual-property rights that you already hold in submitted material.
You give GuildPilot permission to use, adapt and implement general feedback and suggestions without being required to pay compensation or provide attribution.
You should not submit confidential or commercially sensitive information through general feedback channels.
25. Data and Privacy
GuildPilot's collection, use, storage and deletion of personal information are explained in the GuildPilot Privacy Policy.
The information processed may depend on which server features are enabled.
Removing GuildPilot or a Pilot custom bot from a Discord server may stop future collection relating to that connection, but it may not immediately delete all previously stored information.
Stored information may be deleted:
- through an available dashboard control;
- according to an automatic retention schedule;
- when a feature is reset or disabled;
- after the bot is removed, where applicable; or
- following a verified deletion request.
Data-removal requests should be sent to support@guildpilot.co.uk and should include:
- the relevant Discord server ID;
- the requester's Discord user ID; and
- enough information to confirm that the requester is the server owner or an authorised administrator.
Some limited information may be retained where reasonably necessary for:
- security;
- fraud and abuse prevention;
- payment and accounting records;
- legal compliance;
- virtual economy integrity;
- dispute resolution;
- backup recovery; or
- protecting GuildPilot and its users.
26. Third-Party Services
GuildPilot relies on third-party services and infrastructure, which may include:
- Discord;
- Stripe and other payment providers;
- hosting and server providers;
- email services;
- monitoring and error-reporting services;
- authentication services;
- database and storage providers; and
- content-delivery or security providers.
Your use of a third-party service may also be governed by that provider's terms and policies.
GuildPilot is not responsible for decisions, restrictions, suspensions, outages, data loss, payment failures, entitlement changes or service changes caused by third-party providers where the matter is outside GuildPilot's reasonable control.
27. Service Availability
GuildPilot aims to provide a stable and reliable service, but uninterrupted, permanent or error-free operation is not guaranteed.
The service may be affected by:
- Discord outages or API changes;
- Stripe or payment-provider outages;
- hosting, server, database or network failures;
- planned or emergency maintenance;
- software bugs;
- cybersecurity incidents;
- payment-provider failures;
- third-party service interruptions;
- excessive demand;
- legal or regulatory requirements; or
- events outside GuildPilot's reasonable control.
GuildPilot may temporarily suspend all or part of the service to:
- perform maintenance;
- deploy updates;
- resolve technical problems;
- protect stored information;
- address a security incident;
- comply with a legal requirement; or
- prevent damage to GuildPilot or its users.
28. Changes to Features and Paid Services
GuildPilot may add, update, limit, replace or remove features where reasonably necessary because of:
- technical requirements;
- security requirements;
- infrastructure costs;
- Discord API or policy changes;
- payment-provider or entitlement-provider changes;
- legal or regulatory requirements;
- abuse prevention;
- service maintenance; or
- product development.
Where a change materially removes a central paid feature during an active paid term, GuildPilot may, depending on the circumstances and applicable law:
- provide a replacement feature;
- extend the paid period;
- move the account to a reasonably equivalent plan;
- provide account credit; or
- provide a full or proportionate refund.
GuildPilot is not required to preserve a feature indefinitely where doing so would be unlawful, insecure, technically impossible or contrary to Discord's requirements.
Changes to virtual entertainment features, including Pilot Markets, Pilot Coin, Packs, marketplace and profiles, may affect virtual balances, rates, leaderboards, item availability, pack availability, odds, marketplace access or competition rules. Because those features have no monetary value, changes to virtual records or availability do not create a right to cash compensation.
29. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using GuildPilot at any time by:
- disabling features;
- signing out of the dashboard;
- cancelling an automatically renewing subscription through the responsible provider;
- allowing a fixed-term plan to expire;
- disconnecting a Pilot custom bot; or
- removing GuildPilot from your Discord server.
GuildPilot may restrict, suspend or terminate access where it reasonably believes that:
- these Terms have been breached;
- Discord's rules have been breached;
- applicable law has been breached;
- a payment is fraudulent, reversed, disputed or unpaid;
- a Discord entitlement has ended or is no longer valid;
- an account, activation token, entitlement or bot token has been compromised;
- the service is being abused;
- Pilot Markets, Pilot Coin, Packs, marketplace or profile features are being manipulated or abused;
- usage creates an unreasonable security or infrastructure risk;
- continued access may harm GuildPilot, Discord, users or third parties; or
- suspension is required by Discord, Stripe, a hosting provider, a payment provider, a court or public authority.
Where reasonably possible, GuildPilot will explain the reason for a suspension and provide an opportunity to resolve the issue.
Serious misuse, fraud, attacks, unlawful conduct or immediate security threats may result in suspension without advance notice.
30. Effects of Termination
When access ends:
- GuildPilot may stop providing services to the affected user or server;
- premium features may be disabled;
- activation tokens may stop working;
- paid entitlements may be revoked or expire;
- connected Pilot custom bots may be stopped;
- dashboard access may be removed;
- Pilot Markets, Packs, Kiosk, marketplace or profile features may become unavailable; and
- data may be deleted or retained in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Removing the bot or ending a paid plan does not automatically remove GuildPilot messages, ticket transcripts, web archive copies, logs, virtual economy announcements or other content already sent to Discord. Content retained by Discord remains subject to Discord's systems and policies.
Provisions concerning intellectual property, payments already due, virtual economy records, liability, disputes and other provisions intended to continue after termination will remain in effect.

33. Security
GuildPilot takes reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect its systems and stored information.
However, no online service can guarantee complete security.
You are responsible for:
- using secure Discord and email accounts;
- enabling available account-security features;
- protecting dashboard sessions;
- protecting activation tokens and bot tokens;
- restricting administrator access;
- removing unauthorised administrators;
- keeping connected Discord applications secure;
- reviewing payment and Premium access carefully; and
- reporting suspected security incidents promptly.
Security concerns should be reported to support@guildpilot.co.uk.
You must not publicly disclose an unpatched vulnerability in a manner that creates an avoidable risk to GuildPilot or its users. Good-faith security reports will be investigated as reasonably practicable.
34. Changes to These Terms
GuildPilot may update these Terms to reflect changes to:
- GuildPilot's services;
- Pilot Premium;
- payment or subscription arrangements;
- Stripe, Discord or other provider arrangements;
- available features;
- Pilot Markets, Pilot Coin, Packs, marketplace or profile features;
- applicable law;
- Discord's requirements;
- security practices;
- third-party providers; or
- business and operational arrangements.
Updated Terms will be published with a revised effective or last-updated date.
Where a change is material, GuildPilot may provide additional notice through the website, dashboard, Discord or another reasonable method.
Material changes to an automatically renewing paid plan controlled by GuildPilot will normally apply from the next renewal date unless:
- the change is required by law;
- the change is required by Discord;
- the change is required by a payment provider;
- the change is necessary to address an urgent security issue; or
- you expressly agree to it earlier.
Continued use of GuildPilot after updated Terms take effect means that you accept the revised Terms, except where applicable law requires separate consent.
If you do not agree to updated Terms, you must stop using GuildPilot and cancel any future subscription renewal.
35. Complaints
Complaints should be sent to support@guildpilot.co.uk.
Please include:
- your Discord user ID;
- the relevant Discord server ID;
- the purchase, entitlement or transaction reference, where relevant;
- a clear description of the issue; and
- the resolution you are requesting.
GuildPilot will aim to investigate complaints fairly and within a reasonable period.
Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from using any court, regulator, alternative dispute-resolution service or consumer-remedy process available under applicable law.
36. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer, you continue to benefit from any mandatory legal protections available in the country where you live.
Before beginning formal legal proceedings, you agree, where reasonable, to contact GuildPilot at support@guildpilot.co.uk and allow a reasonable opportunity for the matter to be investigated and resolved.
The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings in another court.
37. General Terms
Entire agreement
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the plan information shown during purchase and any additional terms expressly presented for a specific service form the agreement between you and GuildPilot.
Where additional purchase terms conflict with these Terms, the additional terms will take priority only for the specific purchase or feature they govern.
No waiver
If GuildPilot does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, this does not mean that GuildPilot has waived the right to enforce it later.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
The affected provision will be interpreted or adjusted only to the minimum extent necessary to make it lawful and enforceable.
Assignment
You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without written permission from GuildPilot.
GuildPilot may transfer its rights and obligations as part of a genuine sale, restructuring or transfer of the GuildPilot service, provided that doing so does not reduce mandatory consumer rights.
No third-party rights
Unless these Terms expressly state otherwise, a person who is not a party to these Terms has no right to enforce them.
Headings
Section headings are included for convenience and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms.

Pilot Markets Addendum
Pilot Markets is a fictional entertainment feature. It is not an investment product, exchange, brokerage service, gambling service, or financial advice.
Pilot Markets credits, assets, badges, and rewards have no monetary value and cannot be purchased, withdrawn, transferred outside the supported server, or exchanged for money or goods.
Prices are simulated and may periodically be anchored to delayed public data. They are not real-time quotes and may be changed, paused, corrected, or become unavailable.
GuildPilot may correct balances or positions affected by technical errors, abuse, or manipulation while retaining the audit history.
GuildPilot is not affiliated with the tracked companies. Users acquire no ownership of real shares and no legal or financial rights in those companies.
Each server operates an isolated economy and controls its reward, fee, visibility, and competition rules. GuildPilot may retain immutable transaction history for security, audit, and dispute resolution.
GuildPilot Games Terms Section
Eligibility and platform rules
GuildPilot Games is for users who may use Discord and Activities under Discord's rules and applicable law. Do not evade account, installation or access restrictions, and follow GuildPilot community safety rules.
Gameplay and fair play
Core Defence is a fictional cooperative energy-node strategy game. Gameplay does not involve wagering or cash prizes. The server decides mission state, placement, upgrades, scores and rewards. GuildPilot may invalidate a result, hold a reward or restrict access for client tampering, automation, collusion, exploit abuse, harassment or safeguards being bypassed.
Pilot Tokens and Core Shards
Pilot Tokens are the global GuildPilot Games premium currency, while Core Shards are earned in Core Defence. Both are closed-loop service credits: they have no monetary value, cannot be cashed out and cannot be wagered. They also cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for money or goods, or transferred between accounts. They are not cryptocurrency, confer no ownership interest, and may be used only for eligible Games features.
Purchases and payment channels
When sales are launched, Pilot Tokens may be purchased through GuildPilot's website checkout processed by Stripe. Inside the Discord Activity, the wallet and store remain view-only until separate Discord purchasing support is implemented and enabled; the Activity does not direct players to an external checkout. Purchases and delivered items are final except where applicable law requires otherwise. GuildPilot does not promise refunds for consumed or issued credits or content, and this does not limit statutory rights.
Corrections, reversals and availability
GuildPilot may retry an idempotent settlement or correct a balance, item and result affected by an error, duplicate request, fraud, payment reversal or abuse while retaining an immutable audit trail. A reversed payment may place the Pilot Token balance into deficit; core gameplay remains available, but Pilot Token spending requires a sufficient balance.
Progress, items and leaderboards
Infinite levels, the Core Pass, upgrades, achievements and cosmetics are licensed service features, not property with cash value. Leaderboards may exclude invalid results and use normalized configurations. Rewards and offers may be subject to published caps and season rules.
Account deletion
Before account deletion is confirmed, you will be warned that unused Pilot Tokens, Core Shards, progression, passes and bound items will be forfeited. Financial, accounting, dispute, chargeback and fraud-prevention evidence may be retained for the period required by law even when other account data is deleted or stripped of direct identity.
Changes and interruptions
Balance, maps, reward policies, seasons, limits and availability may be versioned, paused or changed for safety, compliance and game quality. An active mission remains pinned to its stored versions; a service interruption does not guarantee a reward unless durable settlement confirms it is due.
