How to exchange server currency and GPC at the Pilot Kiosk
The Kiosk exchanges eligible server currency and global GPC in either direction through a quoted transaction. The visible rate comes from the current economy state, so always judge the received amount and fee shown in the quote rather than calculating from an older value.
Before you start
Sign in with Discord and remain a member of the selected server. Its Pilot Markets economy must be active, have a usable current rate and allow Kiosk exchanges; only eligible backed server balance can move into GPC.
Exchange currency
1. Open the Kiosk and choose a server
Open Kiosk, sign in and select an available server. Confirm the local currency name, your local balance and global GPC wallet.
2. Select the direction
Choose server currency to GPC when moving eligible local value into the global wallet, or GPC to server currency when moving wallet value into a server you still belong to.
3. Request a quote
Enter the amount and request the quote. Read the gross amount, fees, net received value, rate, quote model and expiry.
4. Confirm before expiry
Confirm only if the direction and received amount are correct. GuildPilot rechecks membership and available balances before settlement.
Test the setup
- Request a small quote in each available direction and let both expire or leave without confirming; balances must remain unchanged. Complete a transfer only when you intentionally want the displayed exchange.
What a successful setup looks like
The selected direction is unambiguous, the quote itemizes the result, and one confirmation moves value once between the chosen server balance and the same member's GPC wallet.
Common problems
The server is not available
Cause: Its economy is inactive, has no usable rate or your Discord membership cannot be confirmed.
Fix: Check the selected Discord account and ask a server administrator to review Economy Health.
The quote expired or no longer settles
Cause: Quotes are time-limited and balances or safety conditions can change.
Fix: Request a new quote and review the refreshed result.
