Redeem a Pilot token, assign an available Premium slot to a server, and confirm that its verified Premium controls are unlocked.
How to activate Premium Pilot for a GuildPilot server
Premium Pilot is activated through a creator-issued Pilot token and a limited number of server slots. When activation succeeds, the selected server shows its Premium expiry and can use verified Premium features while access remains active.
Before you start
- Sign in to GuildPilot with the Discord account that received the Pilot token.
- GuildPilot must be installed in the server you want to activate.
- You must be able to manage that server in the dashboard.
Warning: Treat a Pilot token as a private redemption code. Do not post it in Discord channels, screenshots or support messages.
Activate Premium Pilot
1. Open the target server's Settings
From Your Discord servers, open the server that should receive Premium and select Settings.
2. Redeem the token on that server
Under Premium Pilot for this server, paste the complete creator-issued token and select Redeem token and activate. Confirm the activation when asked. Redemption and the first server assignment succeed together, so the token is not silently consumed without activating that server.
3. Activate another included server slot
If the token supports more than one server, open the next server's Settings. The activation card shows the current slot usage, such as 1 / 2. Leave the token blank, select Activate Premium here, and confirm that you want to use the available slot.
4. Confirm the Premium state
Return to Your Discord servers. The server card should show Pilot Premium and an expiry countdown. Premium navigation entries should appear unlocked for that server.
Test the setup
- Open the activated server and select Custom bot.
- Confirm that the custom-bot configuration page opens instead of Pilot required.
- Return without saving any credentials if you are not ready to configure a bot.
- No test data needs to be removed.
What a successful setup looks like
Each activated server is marked Pilot Premium. The account slot counter increases only after a confirmed activation, and verified Premium controls remain available on those assigned servers until the displayed expiry.
Common problems
The token was not found or was already redeemed
Cause: The value is incomplete, revoked, unknown, or has already been used.
Fix: Paste the original value again without spaces. If GuildPilot still rejects it, contact the creator through the official support server without publishing the token.
Pilot guild limit reached appears
Cause: Every server slot on the active Pilot account is already assigned.
Fix: Use an account with an available slot or obtain access that includes another slot. The dashboard does not silently move activation between servers.
Premium controls are locked after expiry
Cause: The Pilot access period ended.
Fix: Redeem valid renewed access. Saved Premium designs are retained, but their editing controls require active access.
